This gun is almost exclusively the reason why my primary group of friends and trials team is incapable of winning against some teams. It has a higher kill range than every other shotgun that isn’t a precision frame, perfect handling, and it’s the best. My best alternative is seventh seraph cqc which regularly hits about 80% and gets me killed by low skill players using Felwinter’s. No more community quest weapons. No more time gated weapons that are not sunset. This is dumb. It ruins the meta. It’s near impossible to counter with quickdraw and opening shot. Close the gap speed is too quick for most fusion rifles to react. Snipers are snipers but in cqc, this gun is polarizing. I don’t have a perfect roll astral, and even if I did that bars me from using an exotic hand cannon. Also, Bakris moves this gun from near impossible to counter, to impossible.
