I completed the DSC raid on Nov. 28th and got email about the parka being available, but when I go to the store, it says "Unlock Required". I have made sure that the triumph is claimed on the character I completed the raid on and that I sign in to claim my reward with the Steam account used (I only have one Steam account). When I was notified about the Hawkmoon replica, I got the same message. I read through all of the FAQs and none of them apply. I have linked my email, verified it, received the notification email and still cannot access the redemption code. What am I doing wrong?
