Firstly, Pc doesn’t matter. The seventh seraph hand cannon on console supplies as good or even better warmind cell capabilities and ad clear with timed payload and even then smgs are still S tier in pve content on console. Secondly, Why are you playing with “non-raiders”? If someone is a “non-raider” why are they playing the raid? This is a community driven online game, it’s not hard to make friends and find people who enjoy the raid scene and are willing to help you improve. You are choosing to make the raid harder on yourself by playing with people who find it difficult and can’t understand basic level challenges. I’m sorry but if you are having trouble with DSC now, you need to re learn it or find an easier game because DSC is one in a long list of hilariously easy raids in destiny 2. You can literally instant 1 phase every boss with two separate loadouts that most people have. Posts like this is exactly why bungie have been making the game so casual and easy. Raids are supposed to be HIGH END GAME pve content. It’s NOT supposed to be super accessible to the casual audience. Asking the raids to get easier is like asking for trials to be 1 win for flawless. It’s just absurd to think about.

Dati should inspire himself from slayerage. Do the raid with white gear, or even better with your sunset gear 1060. That hard enough?

Datto and his ilk don't speak for me. He plays 16 hours a day for a living. Why does every activity need a super ultra hard mode? I say that with enjoyment from beating many challenging content, master hunts/nightfalls. Raids can be challenging with finding a decent lfg team. Datto can go to hell for all i care.

I play on console(ps4) AND PC and I can tell you this : stop crying. Smgs have more recoil and less range but you can still take advantage of warmind cell mods, just becaise you play console doesn't mean you can't use them. And btw, there are some people who play better with controller than keyboard, a good friend of mine is probably the best PvP player I've met and he's playing on PS4. PLUS, console players actually won last years worlds first raid race, so it seems to me like you just want attention by posting this. Oh and because you think PC is easy mode, try going against people with such good aiming on PvP that it seems like they're using aimbot. PvP on console is far easier than PC, so don't even dare to call PC easy mode, it takes 10 times the effort to learn the game on PC than console.

I don't understand what's people's issue with Datto or streamers for that matter. They aren't doing anything we aren't doing already on the forums. The difference they have audience and the game is their literal job. It's only natural that people who play games as a hobby and who play them as business will have different opinions. First of all, even late in the video he does mention that what he want is contest mode or prestige mode to be available for those who wants a bigger challenge aka optional difficulty in raids. So saying he is against casuals to be in raid race or similar accusations that are based on this opinion is just wrong. His wishes are actually aligned with the general community here. On the other hand, he is also not against armor sunsetting and tries to soften its impact in his videos (another video) and its against what the general consensus is within the community for this matter. So, the conclusion is he is looking after himself first and foremost which is perfectly natural as we all do. Furthermore, it's also natural for him not to give a flying f*ck about others or more accurately opinions of others where he thinks those decisions will hurt his play style, his business, his enjoyment etc. Isn't that what we ultimately all do? I understand that because they are a marketing tool for developers like Bungie, they do hold certain sway with developers themselves. Therefore, they can influence decisions to some extent (I hardly think their influence would be enough to remove a core activity mode for example but it may be get it re-worked in unfavourable way for casuals). And this influence can annoy some people (including me), but I hardly think bashing a single person whose income is in some way dependent on the game itself is necessary. This is a single person asking "stuff" for himself just like us. Want to blame someone, blame Bungie 😂 (I'm called a hater anyway, so why not. But listen or read first). After all, Datto, Aztezcross, ifrostbolt, etc can and will request based on what they want, it's only Bungie who can actually implement and bring those into the game. Bungie is a company with employees who are all adults, very educated, and they experienced in the industry to know what's reasonable to all of their target market, not just to certain portion of it. It's their job. Note* when I say communities opinion or general opinion, it just means my observation of others topics, replies in here and reddit. If you think it's not, then that's fine.

They just salty because they are not gatekeepers anymore. I remember some D1 raids were difficult for people so they would sit in a stream for hours hoping to get picked to join the team for a carry. The fact anyone is capable this time around doesn’t sit well with the ‘elite’. The ‘harder’ the raid; the more people ‘watch’ them do it or hope for a carry.

Yeah funny how skilled a lot of these pc streamers think they are when every gun is max stability and better mobility plus they have other guys who play this game as a job just waiting to join their fireteam. I can barely get my clan to get on and finish Europa. Doing it with lfg potato’s is definitely a challenge. Plus the raid snobs with negative pvp kd that get pissed at the guy who’s learning. Destiny 2 is 120 on console now. Time for you crutch pc players to get back to the real destiny where you have to control your guns. I play on both but I’m a halo Xbox player so series x is my home.

Any nerd like him can name their clan mathclass and act like they’re intelligent. Engineering guys like me see right through his facade. He would get wrecked at math and PvP at the same time if he went in alone. His gf would also leave him for me.
