Crucible is a lag fest
There’s shit happening on my screen that I don’t even see animation for, I turn a corner nothing on screen then someone pops up out of nowhere to kill me what is wrong e h the frame rates

1 返信People cried for CBBM this is what you end up with an empty lobby because nobody wants to play so now your all stuck back with being paired with the same lagging, cheating, or sweating players from half way across the world

Play pvp for an hour regret starting it it’s just atrocious. I quit till fixed only got control anyway to play so not missing much...

16 通の返信PVE isn't much better sometimes... was playing last week's ordeal and it was a bit rough. I captured some footage of how laggy it was being and got this^ If you watch it be warned... its a bumpy ride, the longer you watch the worse it gets.

Anytime you match someone far away it’s going to be horrible lag for both sides. Please bungie just ad a region lock for connection purposes...battle net let you pick your region... since steam move it’s been bad. As for the FPS issue, that’s a different story. Each update changes things so we will have to get an update for that I believe..

Same. Crucible is unplayable!!!! I have waited for the Beyond Light story since Cayde died, but aside from that campaign, all I play is PVP. It would be one thing if they advertised Beyond Light as a game specifically for PS5, but Destiny 2 was released on PS4. Now PS5 changes are effecting all platforms. I switched my video back to default as suggested by other players and while it helps the jittery frame rate, it doesn't help other issues. This isn't just a CBMM problem. - Opponents right next to me don't show up on radar. - Opponents pop up out of nowhere while they are already firing at me. - Players jumping all over the map and glitching. - One bullet = instant kill, even with less powerful weapons. - Opponents don't take damage. - Incredibly fast moving players and fast actions. - Teleporting (not because of abilities). - Some players seem massively OP, while others seem normal. This isn't skills-based. - Tracking supers and grenades don't track to some players. - Supers don't do damage to some players.

3 通の返信It's VPN abusers, the lobbies are contained with cheaters and hackers, it's been getting a little better since they got one site taken down, but the main problem still exsists. I play on EU and i am facing 5 man chinese premades that rubberbands across the maps and insta kills everyone cause no one can fight back against such lagg

Same issue, I noticed it got worse after they updated the next gen consoles. It’s also way worse on certain maps from my experience here lately. But dying and never seeing anyone on radar or even knowing which direction you died from is annoying. I just wish they would make meaningful changes to the crucible and not let it be the step child of the game.

1 返信IMHO this is not as bad as stasis. I finally played a crucible match today where NO players had stasis and wow it sure was a lot of fun.
