Well iirc none of the bounties require wins, so that's still possible.
As far as getting better, if you aren't learning from your deaths, try changing up your loadout or watching some videos on crucible game sense and map positioning.
Are you in freelance? I've seen this help a lot of solo players not get farmed by squads.

the point is there putting weak players together as teams I'm on get battered. on the bounties you have kill players to complete them. its a bit hard to do when one team is overwhelming the other. I find myself up against to 2 or 3 players at a time and you just get destroyed.

Are you in freelance? Are you talking in team chat? Are you doing anything to help save your blueberries from getting farmed? If you are getting teamed try to disengage, play cover, and bait them into getting shot by your side. The outcome of games is not only dependent on MM. Even following your teammates around and trying to steal their kills will go a long way towards getting wins.
