Interesting, yours is variant in what other people experiencing, namely - after next gen update Shadowkeep and all related contend is completely locked out (no help in reinstals or anything).... Same for xb and ps. Let's keep informing Bungie and how for fix!

I have been experiencing this problem a lot of people have been too I have shawdowkeep downloaded and I own it but I just cant seem to play it and it tries to get me to re purchase it.

Not yet hoping Bungie will read this and respond.
