I agree, I know for a fact I’ll never have the skills to get any new exotics, I’m pretty devo

Don't be too hard on yourself. The exotics are pretty meh on Titans and Huntards, but those Necrotic Grips work pretty great on Warlocks while equipped with Thorn and Le Monarqué. Get yourself a fireteam and get a feel of the Loot Sector you are trying to solo. Soloing the Xenophage quest was WAY worse. You'll be fine op.
