Bungi please help. I destroyed all 9 shards, but the #2 shard in [spoiler]the concealed void[/spoiler] that I destroyed in the first destruction quest now shows unchecked. Thus I now show 8 of 9. I have gone to all 9 spots over 2 dozen times now and they are all gone as expected. The biggest issue is that this is account-wide and now I can't complete the quest on any of my characters. This is a major bug and I know of many people on these boards, and other boards that all have this bug. It is really upsetting. Also, I can't seem to find my posts here so I don't know if they are being seen. I would post up a link to my D2Checklist and screenshots of the missing shard, but that would be a big spoiler and against the rules here. Hopefully, the tiny spoiler of the zone the shard is in isn't too much, and this can be fixed. I don't know if Bungie actually reads or actually helps anyone, or if this is simply a chat of players who can't help on any real issues. I can't find any other way to hopefully get bungie to find major quest bugs like this. Windows 10, RTX 2060, tons of Ram..
