I don't know if it's because of my laptop, but this happens. It happens to the point where it completely fills my screen at times, I will gladly play the game with pixelated graphics but when the entire screen is filled with straight lines and stuttering textures it's just unplayable, I saw another post that had the same issue but I didn't see a fix or a help. Edit: I did some things to go around it, and I noticed that it only appears on warlock, I made a new character playing as hunter and the texture stretching isn't present on him and I also saw it doesn't appear on titan, idk if that helps but just some added info.
