I find it cool that Stasis (cold) and Solar (heat) are basically the polar opposites of each. I mean, they didnt have to make like that but I appreciate it.
Now, will the other darkness elements coming out down the years do this be the same way? I’d like to hear people speculate.

20 通の返信It’s not supposed to be seen as ice/opposite of solar. It’s meant to just be the stopping of cosmic energy. The other dark classes are likely to be some kind of soul fire or poison next year and then actual darkness for the year after

4 通の返信Darkness elements seem to be byproducts of other elements. Ice is a byproduct of water so it'd make sense for an Aqua element to be light. Where solar is a light element, it's dark counterpart would be smoke. Arc Thunder would be Nitrogen oxide (NOx) element

13 通の返信Solar is not "heat" and stasis is is not "cold." Solar is nuclear fusion, what stars run on. Hence, solar. Stasis is harder to explain. It is well, stasis. It is an ability that stops. The shutdown causes such icy crystals to form.
I'm pretty sure, anyway. But I know that solar is fusion.
I am happy that there are people that actually know the lore and stuff for the classes and elements but all I want is a blight subclass. I don’t even care if it’s literally just the “forgotten” classes in D1 turned taken like arcblade...

All you need to do is look at Alchemy. Sophic Salt is what Stasis is. The two other elements are most likely to be the embodiments of Sophic Sulphur and Sophic Mercury. The broken down and dissolved state of Stasis. Earth/poison & Water/metal
