Seems like loads of people didn't get it, even though it was an easy quest and didn't take long at all. No one to blame but yourself.

For not being able to play a video game? Or not owning the game at the time? OP is not asking to be given the felwinters, only pointing out the absurdity of having the best shotgun in the game unattainable for those who didn’t play in that season. People would happily do the work.
