I've seen this talked about a ton on reddit, but is there a fix coming? It seems to be happening to both Nvidia and AMD people. I tried everything to fix it and nothing worked. Changed to high priority, latency 0, lowered graphics, updated drivers, cleaned out PC, cleared shaders, cleared temp files, updated windows, put destiny.exe high performance, over clocked, and tuned my AMD performance and literally nothing worked. I was easily getting over 120fps stable before beyond light and my shit dips below 40fps now and its kinda making me sick... Mine as well go to a console again at this point jesus.
