To kill FoMo and bring some relief to certain issue raised with Content Vaulting as they are related. Make a Kiosks equivalent to the Exotic Kiosk but instead for all Legendary gear instead. Same with the Exotic Kiosk make the items require material acquired from source activities to purchase, Trials Tokens for Trials loot, Vanguard Tokens for Strike loot, Open World materials for Open World loot, and Seasonal materials for Seasonal loot, ect, ect. This would allow you to refresh loot without players worrying it'd be gone forever, and it'd allow players to target grind unobtainable loot making it a more brief experience. As for Sunsetting, Undo it like yesterday. Any players who foolishly deleted all their loot will have a decent way to to target and reacquire any of said loot via the kiosk. The Legendary item of course should still be randomly rolled and RNG, but being able to target the loot should help you get your roll back quickly
