Beyond light pre-order content missing
So I pre-ordered beyond light+ season pass and I didn't get my "no time to explain" after fully completing the campaign, I also didn't get my season pass so I had to spend 1000 silver in order to get. But I was supposed to get the season pass and gun with my pre-order. I have tried installing the DLC and packs and installing them back which didn't work. I even uninstalled destiny 2 completely which still didn't work. So I would like to know what to do. Cause at this point all I want is just my 1000 silver back and the gun.

I upgraded and purchased destiny 2 legendary edition and i got all dlc except beyond light which is a part of the legendary edition. When i press the beyond light icon on the world map it shows a screen with get it and forwards me to PlayStation store if i click it. Beyond light dlc is in my library and on PlayStation store it says purchased. I restored licenses in settings and i deleted the game and tried installing it again but the beyond light dlc is still not there. I called PlayStation support and they couldn't help me either so i paid for something which i didnt get which sucks. Help (ps4 pro)
