Exotic Cypher Not Redeemable
So I got the Exotic Cypher last season during the event for the Bungie employee who passed away. Went to redeem it at Xur, and it does not show up as redeemable. So I went to the Cryptarch and I cannot redeem it there. Do I just have a potato for an Exotic Cypher or is there some way I can use this?
