Bungie sent survey silver to wrong platform
Bungie sent me a survey about 5 months ago and I never noticed silver added to my account though it stated at the end of the survey that it would be sent out in a few weeks. I also specified PC but because of cross save I think they sent it to my OG xbox where cross originated off of and now my silver icon on my character screen is constantly trying to sync but failing. Is there any way I can get it sent to the correct platform?

If you haven't yet, make an attempt to log into your Xbox and see if the silver is there. You might be able to utilize it on that platform by switching back to Xbox and then returning to PC. Unfortunately, due to this being a 5 month old issue that could cause a resolution to be unlikely. Good luck with getting the silver though!
