The ability spam + freeze is what makes it OP on ALL classes. Every class has their own annoying thing. Warlock is the melee. Titan is the slide. Hunter is the... I guess the melee 🤣
Actually hunter is going to be the dodge. Supposedly there is an aspect that freezes enemies when they dodge.... That's going to be the worst one.
I'll give you some help in balancing your game in the form of options.
1. Remove freeze and suppression from all abilities, regardless of class.
2. Disable stasis inside of competitive, trials, and iron banner.
3. Ignore stasis, but rebuff all previously nerfed weapons. If we don't care about balance, let's really not care.
There is absolutely ZERO reason as to why a " AAA major developer " can't split their PvP and PvE sandbox. Every single one of their competitors are doing it. So.... What's up buttercup?
The PvP community has never once asked for a nerf that would directly impact PvE and vice versa. So stop blaming each other. It's neither of our faults.
Bungie spoke of split tuning aka a split sandbox at E3 at the announcement of D2. It's been 4 years. Where is it? The PvP community is tired of being blamed for your F ups.
Oh, also split console and PC. Tune based on platform. Things will always perform differently at different frame rates. Hence why some classes in real MMOs do more damage at higher fps and / or lower latency. Let's not pretend it isn't true.

8 通の返信Basic abilities should slow (double hits can freeze). Supers can be able to freeze, though other supers cannot be frozen only slowed. Thats been my feeling on this. Thoughts?

2 通の返信I enjoy stasis, especially after the freeze time tuning. It opens up the skill gap even more. I've played games where I can't get a single freeze but get frozen all game, and I've played games where I've avoided freezes all game while constantly freezing opponents. It's just one more mechanic to play around. It also feels damn good to freeze a wormcrutch crimson hunter and smash them to bits.
