I cant send or receive invites in Destiny 2 app i am on ps4 help
im not offline i tried to delete app cache and login again i have checked my ps4 privacy settings as well and i still can invite

I know you said that you checked your privacy settings but make sure that your messages are set to allow anyone to message you, I had a problem before where it reset my message settings and I had to go back and change it again to get the invites to work again.
