Still haven't received my deluxe sparrow and ornament

I bought the deluxe edition and haven't received my sparrow or ornament, this happened for forsaken as well and still haven't received those items either, can i please get some assistance in receiving my items i paid for, or can i be reimbursed since its not there. side not: i had to buy my season pass as well; i game share with a friend and we both bought it because we wanted the items, but hes the only one with them.

  • Hi there. Records show that you are game sharing the Beyond Light+Season Edition. We have no record that you purchased the Deluxe Edition. Season Passes can't be game shared and can only be applied to the main account that owns Beyond Light. Game sharing is a platform feature and is not officially supported by Bungie. The successful game sharing of expansions or other licenses was always coincidental, and Bungie makes no effort to provide consistency for players with these platform features.
