35 通の返信Sunsetting exists. Sunset weapons will never get higher than their max. I'm sorry you can't keep using Revoker and Mountaintop and other crutch legendaries forever, maybe you should move on and stop being so stuck in the past The game's changed. Deal with it.

6 通の返信It's pretty bad. I finally got around to the Xenophage quest last night and although that gun dropped high, all other loot from the pit dropped at 1060. Nothing dropping from current in game content should be useless as soon as its acquired. That's just so dumb it beggars belief. I've not got a problem with sunsetting in theory, but they have totally made a mess of it currently, waaaay over the top in terms of cuts without meaningful replacement and as I say, getting drops that aren't viable... Enemies might as well just drop legendary shards and save me a job

1 返信At least on weapons that still exist and drop. I have masterworked weapons that max out at 1060 but I’m still getting drops for new power levels. Example Last Dance.

[spoiler]what's worse is a lot of us who were against sunsetting knew ahead of time it was going to be an issue as the game starts scaling up[/spoiler]

8 通の返信They did it mainly. So people can use other weapons and not rely on revoker, recluse, and mountaintop all the time.

I was sort of indifferent with sunsetting since I don't really play anymore but having weapons in the loot pool that can't be infused into their older counterparts is pretty ridiculous. I had a Night Watch drop that I tried to infuse into my good one in the vault--which I obviously couldn't. Regular players know this but this is the first time it hit so close to home and it sucked. I can't be expected to re-grind weapons that I spent hours grinding for already. I've had part time jobs that were less work than Destiny. It's supposed to be fun not a merry-go-round chore simulator.

5 通の返信...and stop the reset every 3 months whipping out our progress. It's a pure waste of time and shows the company doesn't have much to offer other than artificial grind. Why would anyone "need" to reach max level when our power is capped way before we even get close to max?

I mean I have weapons from season of dawn and onward that I kept but never used because of all the meta forsaken weapons. So I don't have that problem plus getting the weapons from the new expansion and season are adding to that as well so bummer to you guys I guess.
