[u][b]Please carefully read the entire suggestion before commenting.[/b] [/u] We should be able to equip all exotics we have earned but with a catch. To prevent players from being to over powered you can only have 1 exotic in your weapon slot and 1 exotic in your armor slot as your primary exotic. What that means is. Only your primary exotics will get the extra perks. All other exotics equipped will not have the extra perks and will only be for cosmetics, stats and mods. [b]Primary Exotic[/b] • You can only equip 1 in 1 of 3 weapon slots and 1 in 1 of 5 armor slots. • The primary exotic gets the extra perks and functions like a normal exotic. [b]Non-Primary Exotics[/b] • Can be equipped in the remaining slots. • The Non-Primary Exotics do not get the extra perks and function more like legendary weapons and armor. You can still make use of their stats and apply mods to them. [b]Will this make players to powerful?[/b] No. Players can only assign 1 exotic weapon and 1 exotic armor as their primary exotic. The Non-Primary Exotics function more like legendary gear and [u]do not receive the same bonuses as primary exotic gear. [/u] [b]Will this make lower rarity gear useless?[/b] The specific stats of gear rather it be rare, legendary or exotic can vary widely. Rare gear can have specific stats higher than legendary gear. Exotic gear can have specific stats higher than legendary gear and legendary gear can have specific stats higher than exotic gear. So if a player comes across a legendary armor with a higher recovery stat then their non-primary exotic and want to increase their recovery they would more than likely equip the legendary armor to bring up their recovery. [b]What need is there for this?[/b] We work hard to earn our exotics. We should be able to proudly wear them. Rather it be for cosmetics or because a certain piece of exotic has good specific stats.
