To be exact, looking at it purely in a vacuum, Beyond Light is okay. In my book. But, a few decisions coming with it aren't at all : -Light capping, I get the point, but I personally only was keeping an armor that was purely chosen on cosmetic value (Will of Iron an old Iron banner set) -Removal of most of the content from the base game and its first expansion rendering the Free-to-Play nature an actual joke as there is nothing for free to play users while simultanously killing enjoyable content and objectives. These are the huge gripes I have toward the deicisions as they basically destroyed the content of the game I wanted to show to friends to incentivize them joining in. But, since we can't do the old story missions, or content, I simply told them not to download and wait in hopes that Bungie re-instates the old content ASAP.

Community reception is pretty down, but there are some good aspects definitely still worth crediting As usual, the art, sound, and music teams carry everything.

Wow, what an amazing observation. Yes, they are part of it. A very small part, with a very biased outlook. And that's not even considering how many of the people here dont play the game anymore, or never did. They aren't part of the playerbase.
