since BL i've been getting anteater'd out of a lot of competitive matches and then once i reconnect during the next round I almost immediately get kicked with the "bat" error. never had any of these issues before BL, and i'm on a strong wired connection to my router. anteaters have happened in gambit too but without the bat kick afterwards.
