I just don’t get Bungie. They have a game that has such amazing potential but for some reason for every step forward they take two steps backwards. For $50 what was released is absolutely trash. (Lucky if it’s worth $30) I can list 10 things right now that would’ve had everyone praising Bungie for an amazing expansion instead of running them through the muck. 1. New pvp maps 2. New gambit maps 3. Bringing the other planets up to this years relevance 4. Blind well like activity on Europa 5. New 6 man activity 6. New dungeon or just bringing the others up to date 7. More pinnacle weapon quests 8. New zero hour like mission with exotic to chase 9. Weapon 2.0 changes to make them truly customizable 10. A (minor) horde type event on cosmodrome near the “loot” cave for nostalgia and laughing purposes. 11. (Threw in an extra because it’s something I’ve wanted for a while) pinnacle and exotic armor quests. Obviously I wouldn’t expect all this to be released but even if they took just half of it it would make a huge difference. It’s like Bungie has just lost all creative ability and imagination so they just push out lackluster content and hope people just accept it as is. Maybe next week will bring a little more life in this expansion but the fact that it even got stale at all in the first week says how bad it is in the first place. Bungie dropped the ball hard with this one.
