Shiver Strike Bugs: Doesn't work with Severance Enclosure and Heavy Handed
I have attached a video showcasing these issues.
Shiver Strike does not produce an explosion on kill when using Severance Enclosure.
Shiver Strike does not regain half of its melee energy when using Heavy Handed and consuming a stack of Charged with Light.
