Except I didn’t. Only Bungie would stick the fact they can take away payed content in the small print instead of stating it from the start lmfao. Your chief arse licker anyway, everyone on the forums knows that. Your first to Kiss Luke’s smiths shoes and catch his glasses when they fall. One day you might see through the lies and cheap tricks but your in pretty deep dude ahaha, you might be the one to never get out

Wait, waits wait, let me guess....you did, you borrowed Luke’s glasses and had an in depth read of the terms and conditions, buffed them up then sent them back to him with a 100 silver thank you card and a kiss. I breezed past the terms and conditions my man lmfao, because who reads that crap? That’s why it is so sneaky but you cannot see it through it. As soon as sunsetting was mentioned BY BUNGIE, not the small print, I dropped the game immediately and returned once beyond light reviews were out to see the same old hilarity as usual....no content lmfao. But yea, continue licking chief

What bungie can and can't do is subject to the laws of the country people are buying in. If they live in the EU and accepted the terms then the contract is illegitimate and bungie can be taken to court. Seeing as how we had to reaccept a new TOS that would put the terms after the directive was established. I personally find it hilarious how europe has made more progress than the US on better consumer rights.

Demon_XXVIIにより編集済み: 11/14/2020 3:56:18 AMNever forgetting that the EULA is only ‘agreeable’ after the purchase In the UK we actually do buy the software (on a 1to1 ‘goods contract’ basis - it’s classed as a ‘goods’ NOT a service [different rules for service]), and when they don't change the EULA & inform the owner (giving them rights to refunds) the contract becomes invalid on the developer/publisher side. Also nobody under 18 can agree to any of them (EULA) legally. Also in the UK there is no way for a EULA to change a contract after sale. So unless you pay after agreeing, it has no basis in UK law, unless they want to request a contract renegotiation. It is considered unlawful and unfair after purchase to demand terms, so they are unlawful in UK law (and to be honest, kinda illegal to include in the first place, as they are making false claims on culpability) So that itself makes the agreement null & void

But unfortunately true. Minors can't be held to a contractable agreement. Now I'm not a lobby lawyer or whatever these people are calling it. I know because I once signed something underage and it got tossed later on because of that fun fact.... Haha

Trafalgar_Louにより編集済み: 11/13/2020 9:09:03 PMI know it’s a fact. That’s the saddest part. No one is taking Bungie to court over something like that lmfao. They do however have the right to be disappointed and let down by the fact they would pull something so backwards and drop the game. Taking away payed content, it’s very “Bungie” the exact thing you don’t expect or want a content creator to do. Therefore anyone who defends the act, is a Bungie arse licker.

I know that's true, but there has to be a line somewhere. What if Bungie turned Destiny into a sparrow racing game? Should everyone accept that just because it's within their right to do it? There may not be any alternative to oppose it other than not giving them anymore money, which is my intention.
