Game keeps crashing loading into things
My game keeps crashing when i try to load into a planet or if by miracle i get into europa, i start the campaign mission and it goes black and crashes my game. Any help?

1 返信Bungie. I bought a new external HDD today, just to be sure it wasn't the drive. Reinstalled the whole game for the third time. And again I'm getting booted. This is unacceptable. Bought the expansion, bought the season pass, been playing for almost six years, bought new external HDD and I'm still not able to play without getting randomly booted from the game. I do not experience this problem with any game and it all started after installing the expansion. Is there anyone in the company that can solve this problem?

3 通の返信I comfort myself knowing Bungie is hard at work solving this being booted from the game problem that people suddenly have after the BL expansion and never had before in five, six years playing.

5 通の返信Can someone form Bungie PLEASE respond? I installed the patch 3.0.0.2 just now and I'm still getting thrown out of the game. Bought the season pass this morning but the game is getting unplayable for me. I have NEVER experienced this, with any game. It started Tuesday with Beyond Light. See my other posts on this page. I did a full initialisation of my ps4 this morning but that also didn't work. I do not know what to do.

1 返信Go to invidia control panel, manage 3d settings, and turn off shader cache This worked for me :)

I managed to finish the first campaign mission before the crashes started. I verified game files, gave admin permissions to the game, checked that it was all default settings in Nvidia Profile Inspecter. I also updated my drivers and cleared space off my HDD.

Completely reinstalled the game. Doesn't help. Half of the time I just get booted from Europa without any error code/warning.

FOUND A FIX FOR ME For anyone still hoping and looking for a fix. Clearing Nvidia Shader Cache worked. 1.) Disable shader cache in Nvidia Control Panel 2.) Restart PC 3.) Program Data (This is a hidden folder you need to enable seeing them in your explorer) -> Nvidia Corporation -> NV_Cache -> Delete files inside. 4.) Enable shader cache in Nvidia Control Panel 5.) Restart Computer
