I heard about the Helsom quest when it came out but I never got the "Signal Intercepted" popup on my director, Ana Bray had nothing to say to me, and there was nothing to interact with in the room where the quest wants you to go. I have tried on all of my characters and every week since it came out, but I could never get the interact prompt. I would really like to get the cipher and read the quest text before going into Beyond Light since I just bought shadowkeep and that cipher would be my only way of purchasing one of the exotics from Rahoul.
