Collection Badge Completed 6/11 Progress.
I just started the game up on my PS4 and as soon as I chose my character I earned a trophy. I went to see what the trophy was for and it said, “Complete a Collection Badge”.
I went back to the game and went to my collection badges and found one (the badge “Seasons of the Undying”) that is marked as completed. However it says I only have 6/11 progress for my Hunter. All other characters are 1/6. So I am assuming this is a bug of some sort unless there is another reason for it I don’t know about.
Another thing happened to me last night. I was playing Crucible for some bounties. Once I was finished it said I ranked up. I went back to the tower to do a few things then started a game of the haunted forest. As soon as I launched it I instantly ranked up again in the Crucible.

Hi there. You currently have three Collections Badges completed—Exotics: Red War, Exotics: Curse of Osiris and Warmind, and Exotics: Forsaken. Any if those would have counted for the trophy you received. As for the Crucible rank ups, those can sometimes be delayed, and there are two different Crucible ranks (Valor and Glory). It's possible that you leveled them both up at the same time, but it only showed one rank up banner at first and then the second one the next time you launched an activity.
