Could you please take a screenshot of your transfer details page, upload the image to Imgur, and share the image link in this thread? This will help us to see exactly what information you’re seeing, and to hopefully trace what has occurred. If your transfer details are only showing license data, and no character data, that would possibly indicate that the incorrect Battle.net account was linked. If the only licenses shown are for Destiny 2 base game, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind, those are part of the free to play content, so they would show up even if a blank Bliz account was used. You can also try logging out of your Bungie profile, and then logging in using your Battle.net credentials, to check if perhaps your active Bliz account is linked to a different profile.
