I did not receive my sunset emblem in game
I redeemed my reward for the sunset emblem for doing the moment of triumphs thing but i never received my emblem in the game. What gives? And the customer support here so far is terrible, this type of experience is what drives one to not continue playing.

1 返信Hi there. If you were logged into the game when you redeemed it, you may need to log in and back in first, then look in your Collections under Flair > Emblems > General. That said, there's currently an issue where the Moments of Triumph emblems are switched, so redeeming [i]Sunset[/i] gives you [i]Eclipsed Sunset[/i] instead and vice versa. I can confirm the [i]Eclipsed Sunset[/i] emblem is currently in your Collections.
