Both do the same thing but in different ways, being very well rounded for all situations. Both have really good “reload”, trash mob clear (jujus op rampage, outbreaks firefly) and boss damage capabilities (jujus super regen, outbreaks damage perk). Its personal preference for which you find better to use, but I would say if you rely on abilities more, go for bad juju, anything else probably go for outbreak if you have the catalysts for both. If you don’t have the catalysts for either then go for bad juju
