My Crosssave was deactivated

About 30 days ago, my cross save was deactivated without my knowledge. I mainly play on PC using a PS4 save. But I tried signing in on Destiny using an Xbox and saw a fresh game save. I went online to check my account status, and saw that cross save was deactivated. When I tried to reenable, I received a message stating I had to wait 90 days. At the time, I thought my account was compromised. But either it was an error out of my control, or I somehow disabled cross save when I signed in the xbox live account. I understand why the 90 day policy exists, to keep people from abusing the system. But it still sucks with Beyond Light just around the corner and I’m stuck in limbo. Help a Guardian out!

  • Hi there, As you're aware, a deactivation of Cross Save leads to a 90 day waiting period before you can reactive it. There are no exceptions to this policy, you'll have to wait the 90 days. Since you believe your account was compromised, I would suggest following the steps in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12718]Account Security Guide[/url] to prevent any further unintended actions from taking place. There's not much more you can do other than just waiting the 90 days out.
