Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

You may want to relink your accounts together for a secure connection. To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

You do have your Twitch account linked to this profile. Also, there is another profile named Fluxphorus that is relatively new. You may have linked your accounts there instead. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/26584774

I am not able to see what you have linked there. If you do not have anything linked there, that account cannot be accessed. If you have an old account linked there or a newly made account, you may want to try signing in using those credentials.
