Your profile does show that you have your PSN ID set up as your main platform ID, so you have Cross-Save set up properly for your Playstation characters to be accessible on your other linked platforms.
On Steam, please log into the game and once you can get to the chat, open it and type /id and enter it.
Please give the number you get in-game from doing so.

The current Steam ID that you're logged into the Steam Client is not the same as the one you set up with your Cross-Save. In order to play with your characters through Cross-Save without making any changes, you'll need to log into the Steam ID that you set it up with, which is https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198044865561 .

Please go through the process of your Cross-Save page; you said you clicked where it showed to resolve the error and it took you to the Cross-Save set-up. Please follow through those steps to authenticate your Steam ID to see if it adds it to your Cross-Save. Do not click the red button that says disable your Cross-Save. If that isn't something you can do, please log out of Bungie.net, then log in with one of your non-Steam platform accounts. After you've done so, see if you can unlink your Steam ID. If you can, please re-link your Steam ID to see if it will add it to your Cross-Save. If neither of those works, please let me know. I'm the person that tried to help you several months ago as well, and you have definitely waited more than 90 days from then.
