Unable to login to Bungie.net
Hi,
I have a friend who is unable to login to their Bungie.net account and so is unable to post themselves.
Gamertag is Mr soultaker508 - they keep getting an error code saying unable to login with your xbox live account that is usually associated with an update to the account or terms and conditions not being accepted. We have checked this and the MS acct is up to date with no outstanding issues.
Please do you have any suggestions as they can't access crossplay setup or link any 3rd party apps at all?

Hey there! Is this happening within the browser or on the companion app? If he is on the companion app, have him uninstall the app and reinstall it and try again. If that does not help, have him sign onto Xbox/Microsoft’s website and then sign in the app to see if he can bypass the message. The same suggestion will apply to the browser. Other suggestions for the browser would be to open a private window, clear browser cache/cookies, or using a different browser.
