Sleeper Simulant quest bugged
I am trying to finish the sleeper simulant quest but i am unable to finish the nodes and protocols step because the Override frequency is not showing up in my inventory or quests, and i can not convert my resonate stems into override frequencys

Hi there. Check your Quests for the Nascent Dawn quest. It tells you to open a specific node, which doesn't require you have any resonant stems or override frequencies. After completing the quest step you will be able to obtain more stems and create override frequencies again.
