Shattered Ruin Ascendant Challenge didn't drop a chest after killing the boss or count for me.
I have completed the Ascendant Challenge (Shattered Ruin) by killing the last boss and the portal at the end popped up as if I finished it but no chest appear and when I left thru the portal it didn't count toward me because of that chest not showing up. What is the problem?

You may need to wait until the chest spawns since you may have overlooked it. If it does not spawn, please provide a video of this occurring. YouTube, Imgur, or Twitter works best.
