If it was not you, then it was a member of your team and Bungie has no real way to determine how much or little you knew about the player who was doing it, but it should have been obvious is that something fishy was going on. One of the biggest indicators of network manipulation and the largest red flag to bail out of your team is when your enemy loses 1 or more players in numerous matches.
