Hey there! Bungie is currently investigating this issue. Also, the emblem reward appears for 1/3 of the users on the Companion app, 1/3 on the website, and none at all for the rest. If you have checked on the website, go to the companion app to see if it appears there. Otherwise, vice-versa if already on the app. If it does not show, you would have to wait until the fix becomes implemented.
