Okay, I already have a post asking about the same concern, but I really need someone from Bungie to comment on this so that I know I won't be hoarding bounties for nothing. Like I said in the previous post: I know they are changing up the XP gain system and I am NOT grinding this to power level up fast, but to get the seasonal pass done very early on so that I have time to complete much other stuff (plus I am also very busy and I don't want to miss out on any rewards since I ordered the deluxe) so Bungie please answer this, then I will know how to prepare depending on what is going to happen to my completed bounties.
