Missing Emblem Form
Does anyone know if the 15 days that are required before they start an investigation are business days or just normal days? Also, when you submit a missing emblem form, do you usually receive an email back confirming that they're looking into it or not? Thank you.

You must wait 15 days for your emblem to appear. If you still have not received your emblem and cannot find it, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. You should most likely receive an email afterwards once your request has been fulfilled.

Thank you.[/quote] I would guess business days as they do not issue them during weekends. I think the only email you get is when they have info to share or need more info from you
