Transferred items via Companion App are not in any inventory

I went to transfer my Sunspot and Masterworked Ghost Primus from my Hunter to my Titan using the companion app on my iPhone and after an error message popped up regarding networking issues both guns were removed from the inventory of my Hunter and are not on my Titan, in my vault, in the postmaster, nor on my Warlock. They just disappeared entirely. I don't even know how to report this at all as there's not any email or message option in any of the avenues. Does anyone know how to help me get my stuff back?

  • Allo there, This help forum is how you get help 😀 As to your issue, make sure to check all your characters and vault while you're in game, so physically check rather then using the app. If you can't find them then try signing out or switching characters via the settings menu. The app is not able to destroy items and they usually end up in the vault as the process is to send from character to vault to target character.
