Still worth it at times.
Let a bully know that they can bully you once, they’ll keep on doing it.
Your own failure is more satisfying than success on someone else’s terms.

If you think success is extremely hurting your reputation, losing money, pissing both history fans and the majority of the playerbase, and then end it all by having yourself ejected from the company. Sure I guess.

Money wasn't the only thing I listed. Unfortunately this game is in zero way a success. Unless they finally label it a pure parody of WW2 meant for comedy only, but they won't. BFV will forever go into history as a total failure. In every aspect.

Your dignity and autonomy are more valuable than anything else you might “lose”. Because they aren’t for sale. I recall a famous quote about the futility of gaining the world but losing your soul in the process. A Battlefield game is a FANTASY game. Not an historical documentary or re-enactment. Anyone who thinks otherwise is really missing the point.

Once again we are going to have to disagree on everything. It costed the company everything and they gained nothing. Battlefield isn't a fantasy game. Its not a war recreation either. The reason most play Battlefield is the down to the very bones accuracy each game has had to the historical period in which its set allowing a very detailed look into how it may have felt to be there. They wanted to make a WW2 game. They didn't accomplish that beyond the guns. Too many changes and inaccuracies that completely destroyed the suspension of disbelief. Thus we once again have the game being a complete failure to the point of the company abandoning the game.
