Briefly, this is my issue: most of the times I need full minutes to get into any activity. Landing on any planet, starting a raid, a dungeon, a strike, takes ages and I'm stuck in orbit forever before landing.
I've noticed that the biggest delays are when I'm premade in a fireteam and launching a PVE activity. I had to wait approximately five minutes before I was able to join my team in the Garden of Salvation raid for example. This is not preventing the other fireteam to play apparently. They land before me (even though substantially slower than normally), and then I join with a big delay.
The problem seems less noticeable when I'm on my own landing on any planet (landing times are random here) or when I'm launching a PVP activity.
Otherwise, whenever I'm in game, it runs smoothly and I don't notice any lag spike or severe network problems during any PVE or PVP activity.
I'm on PC running windows 10 with a fully working cabled 100M FTTC connection that isn't giving me any problems in any other online games.
I've been trying everything to fix this. I've changed router, (have a Fritz! 7530) and I've followed the networking guide and set up the machine accordingly. Enabled UpNP, set up port forwarding to my static IP and such. Destiny is running on a SSD with 100GB free space.
I've disabled and enabled Windows Firewall, uninstalled antivirus, tried running destiny with pretty much nothing in the background, did some command prompt netsh magic, rebooted everything a million times, even uninstalled and reinstalled Destiny.
I actually considered restoring Windows but I see this as a last resort, because I'm not even sure if this would solve my issue.
Any help is appreciated, Thank you.

PS: So, to my understanding the only way to reach the official support is by starting a topic? Is there any other way to submit a ticket?

1 返信hi, have you checked what is your destiny 2 windows priority while in game? I have similar problems with loading but I seem to solve mine by placing destiny2.exe priority to High or realtime.

Long shots, but read these threads (considering the errors I see in your DxDiag): https://community.amd.com/thread/240586 https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom/what-is-lightroomhelper-exe-and-can-it-be-stopped/td-p/10802530?page=1

5 通の返信Hey there. Thanks for your report. What you are describing sounds like a NAT issue. You may want to review our Advanced Steps Networking Guide for information on UPnP, NAT, and Port Forwarding.

3 通の返信As a non-tech guy...one thing I noticed you mentioned both enabling upnp & doing port forward. From my limited understanding of networking, these 2 should not be enabled at same time. I would recommend trying to disable any port forward rules & only use upnp if possible. Not saying this will fix your issue, but it might help.
