Cant authenticate to do cross save
All my characters are on my Xbox account so I need to cross save so I got my steam account linked and correctly entered my username and password to authenticate. It loads for a bit then it still shows it needs authenticated. This is my first time doing cross save and I need help

If the issue is that the authenticator accepts your info as correct, but the webpage does not update to show the account as authenticated; that is a hiccup that can occur during PC browser sessions. You can try using a different browser, an incognito/private session, or even a different PC or device. If you have the option available, try using the companion app from your phone or tablet, as the app seems to avoid this hiccup.
