You have people in your community who would rather have pvp removed because how bad it is then ya just working a fix. If it's a money thing i could understand but as big as this community is you shouldn't have that problem. How am I suppose to talk this game up to friends when half of it is a total cluster -blam!-. Cbmm may benefit a few players but it's ruining the game for others doing like halo by letting people pick cb or sb could help massively. While this might sit well with some people it'll help everyone have an enjoyable pvp.

22 通の返信I agree that PvP needs big fixes, but Bungie can't just simply "listen to the community", because we as a community can't agree on the same things. I mean there are players out there that think Crucible is 100% fine the way it is... So which part of the community would Bungie listen to? I'm always a critic, but I imagine it's not easy.

Sad isnt the word I'd use. It's just downright disrespectful at this point. People will argue that the community is toxic that's why they dont communicate. Well the community proably wouldnt be so toxic if theyd just take the time to actually communicate and have their so called community managers actually do their jobs instead of copy paste "I'll pass this onto the devs"

Cheating was really bad this week in trails. Sure at one point people were disproportionately building the narrative that cheating/hacking was occurring more often this it was. Not any more. You can expect 2 of 6 trials matches to contain a person that has or is cheating/hacking in various ways. Thats a 3rd of the games. WOW, I MEAN REALLY WOW. Whats worse..... You now have entire casual clans that would have never engaged in such acts now doing this. want an example here ya go: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/257075937?sort=0&page=0. And they are far from alone. You are a failure Bungie, to your self and your players.

Completely agree! Only thing that I liked about the game before quitting entirely was crucible, then came CBMM, and I was out. D2 needs to rollback the game 2 years in time, then it was ok....not great but ok with potential to become better. As it is now I think it’s slowly dying, at least for many of us who knew how it once was.

2 通の返信There's alot of potential being wasted in PvP Like for instance taking the weapon limiting modifier from the prestige raids and applying them to Trials of Osiris, the modifier would need it's reset time changed to once a day. (This modifier only permits loadouts that match the modifier and does not allow players to swap them out mid match, the modifier also changes the weapons it allows and doesn't allow on reset. With the leviathan gone this would be in need of a home and a competitive mode that's supposed to be the pinnacle of PvP is in dire need of something like this to force players off of particularly troublesome metas). Each day of ToO would see only three weapon types in a loadout chosen at random One primary slot, One secondary and One heavy. Restrictions would be swapped friday until monday when it ends then rotated again on the friday it starts. With the modifier active you'll see more diverse loadouts than just the pinnacle metas. The upside is this modifier already exists they just need to edit it abit so they're basically just recycling.

3 通の返信They listen to their "community" but they see Twitch streamers and YouTubers as the "community". We are the "player base" and aren't worthy of any special attention. Our opinions don't mean a damned thing to Bungie. We're just so many cows to be milked.

1 返信Bungie claimed they would have a new pvp focus, how long has it been since they said that? I still don’t see the pvp focus.

7 通の返信TJ_Dotにより編集済み: 9/7/2020 1:58:29 AMOh they listen, they just suck at answering. See some of the glorious responses to community requests: Remove cores from infusion = Core inflation -> Prism and Ascendant Shards + Upgrade Modules -> Overpriced Armor 2.0 + inventory problems. Remove armor affinity = Change it at a 1:1 cost of what was already spent Make worthwhile loot = Sunsetting Disable emblem tracker = New emblem system that removes all original trackers and hides away unique stats, effectively erasing hard work.

1 返信Thing is: while maintaining a good win ratio and K/D might mean some effort for those at the top with SBM, it means the same for those at the bottom. Now, you just remove those from the "bottom" of the equation - because who enjoys constantly getting owned by others and having double the amount of losses vs wins as well as 10 deaths for every kill. And this is not just imaginary stuff. There is hella lot of people that do their work and daily life routine that has some destiny in it. Just not this much. But it is kinda with RL stuff. Those who got some influence - in this case those streamers and so called top players - enjoy showing off their skills at games at the cost of others. It's just simple, human egoism. But as casual players, what to do against this? Boycott something that has enough elements in it that you care about and would prefer to continue enjoying it? Kinda stupid. Say something on the forums? Well, seems there is people considered more valuable for feedback then us. So, what does remain? Maybe really stop playing the game? Stop supporting any streamers and pro gamers? I mean it is kinda stupid that you earn them their income but at the same time they are part of the problem what makes the game as bad as it is - because those have the most influence. For the game as a whole, strict matchmaking for competetive and less strict, but still skill based matchmaking for casual play is what should be the golden standart. And, what is more - we should know where we sit at. If I am a bad player that belongs to something you wanted to call the bronze league, let me know it. PvP is PvP, there is always some competitiveness involved. So just rank them, this will create pretty much some casual and pro divisions on its own that are way more likely to be accepted. Well, might be :/ dunno, maybe Destiny PvP will always be doomed.

16 通の返信What I don't undersrand is why not just add a playlist that is sbmm. I mean one mode wouldn't hurt. Bungie can be so dang stubborn about the most simplest things that would make players happy. Somebody at bungie really likes keeping their player base angry.

What a Crybaby post! The Title of this post should be: I want SBMM back! But i can tell you one thing: There will be no difference, because Destiny PvP is P2P. It all depends on the other players connection, distance between players..........

4 通の返信GMDeece7により編集済み: 9/7/2020 11:59:40 PMProblem is if there is both a non comp sbmm playlist and cbmm playlists together, chances are 90% of all players will choose sbmm. As you very well know, sweats are afraid to play against other sweats. The cbmm player pool will pretty much only have 6 stack sweats in it, meaning high level players would play with high ranking players in both sbmm and cbmm playlists, similar to the situation with the classic mix playlist.
