Time to move on
I put a post about the forced pvp aspect to the solstice armor event this year and while there is a good portion of the destiny 2 community who actually hate the pvp side of the game I was met with a lot of hostility over my opinion from the pvp players but I will give the pvp players their dues they helped me see sense.....from the majority the general census was don’t play it if you don’t like it,so to the pvp community thank you very much for helping me to see sense and as a lot of the latest event is pvp orientated this has convinced my to move to a different game altogether or in pvp language don’t play It if you don’t like it......and as this is a feedback section I would advise you put all future content in the Xbox gamepass Because as a result of this I will never buy another thing for this franchise....Thank you and I hope destiny 2 all the future success......
I’m editing this post as a lot of people are questioning the legitimacy of what I’m stating due to only having 3 pvp objectives.......I am a returning player who has paid for every aspect of this game as I have been with the destiny franchise since year 1.....I quit playing last year because the solstice grind was to much..I returned because I was told the grind had been lessened as the normal joe with family responsibilities cannot spend 12 hours a day playing so this was a welcome change.....now even then I was not a good Player or even a fan of pvp but I found that every stage of solstice armour has a pvp aspect which in actual fact is not that much but when I found the trials requirement I was thinking I’m not sure I will be able to complete that only to find before I can even attempt the trials glow I’m required to complete a saint 14 mission and get my valor rank to legend which for me would take an age as I’m not pvp orientated but only to find again I have to do this on all 3 characters.........the issue for me is it will take longer to get 1 characters valor rank to legend that it will take to get all 3 sets to magnificent so yes for me this event is massively pvp orientated and I’m sure there are others in the same boat as me.......so no I’m not willing to spend all that time doing a portion of the game I actually detest so the obvious answer is to move on

I saw the requirement for the seven wins and instantly knew i wouldn't be bothered to the solstice event at all with that being a box that had to be checked in order to obtain the shiny thing. That being said, you lot with your incessant whining are just sad. You know what data they're actually following, rather than these tear stained manifestos about trials? Player participation. Are you still playing every day? Are you still grinding that armor in the hopes that they'll change it before the event is up? Are you doing those bounties for bright dust instead of, i don't know, reading a book? All they care about is that you are playing. More hours played means more hours exposed to their in game store, which in turn means it's more likely that you'll spend money at said store. Logging off speaks volumes louder than these sad posts.

1 返信Hello Im a PvP player from the PvP community I play PvP everysingle day and have atleast played around 2200 matches or more. Now I get it the crucible is a harsh environment, Broken metas such as mountaintop hunters Unbrokens with 2.0 kda etc. It definitely is hard to get into when people who are new to it need to use 110% of their brain to even stand a chance to it. Now some people are ganna tell you to git gud but thats just some bull ok. If your tired of a broken pvp meta then be the broken pvp meta. or just wait until funner pvp gamemodes such as mayhem are around.

I have just about every gun/pinnacle weapon except for lunas howl and not forgotten? The other hand cannon. Am I mad I don’t have them? Nope, because I am not the best at hand cannon use and honestly it’s because I don’t like them Should I be mad the requirements are too hard? Nope I would never. If you aren’t willing to put in the work/time you don’t deserve the reward

1 返信Have played this game forever. At one time was using two accounts full of characters Now hardly play. The game has gotten so bad I sometimes start it look at the screen with my ship in orbit and then turn it off. I picked up a set of blue armor on my warlock. did a few things then deleted the set. The game has lost whatever charm it had in D1 entirely. There is no defending the point. Look at the content creators for the game even they hardly ever play. They play enough to pay the bills and that is it. Most of them started for a love of the game. Now it is a job they are looking for a way out of in terms of trying to find something else to make content for. If Bungie can't see this they must be blind. The thing is the game is now a free to play game and it acts like it. I am sure the microtransaction loot will keep them with a small group keeping it running for the last few years they have scheduled and it will be more of this for that time. Don't think for a moment they care about crucible. They just don't understand their game at all to be honest. Most who had vision must have left long ago.

16 通の返信That part about solstice gear in trials? Yeah that took me 3-4 hours. Out of my crew that went into trials, I am the only one who regularly pvps. You're whining about nothing.

Pvp isn't bad, its the people who are hellbent on destroying this franchise to ground are just making it bad for everyone. Luke boy had done a great job at driving away players and forcing the hand of pvp to CBMM sh1t. We are living his dream.

The literal only step that required crucible was 7 wins in trials and that was purely for a -blam!-ing cosmetic glow you could -blam!-ing buy anyway. You're crying over nothing, and making stuff up cuz you feel like a victim when the truth of it is you just suck at PvP and are throwing your toys out the pram. Good riddance.

1 返信It's completely fine to not like an aspect of the game but you can't then have a cry because there's a quest step that involves it. If you don't want to play 100% of the game don't ask for 100% of the reward. Example: i hate gambit with every fibre of my being and was on break during reckoning but im never gonna complain i dont have spare rations because of how good it is
