The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.

Thanks for the reply GrundleBeans. I’ve already applied for an appeal, hence the case# on the top post. Wasn’t sure what other recourse I had since it’s been over a week and was hoping for some basic info or anything at this point.

Yeah either I’m being an impatience little -blam!- and/or Bungie hasn’t had to time to look into my messily little case cause of their budgeting and dealing with their pandemic. Or they straight don’t give a -blam!- about their high paying customers.
