I was banned 3 weeks ago and Bungie will not provide a reason. They need to be more transparent when it comes to this system.
I have truly lost hope when it comes to appealing my ban. I was banned exactly 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back from Bungie when it comes to my appeal.
I do not cheat. I do not run any background programs or software while playing the game. I have never cheated in any other game.
I haven't done anything wrong. I have even read the Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct and none of that applies to me. This is even more annoying that Bungie has a lack of communication when it comes to bans
I have perfectly fine internet with no one telling me I have trash internet. I have been playing since forsaken and haven't gotten a complaint against my internet so I know it is not that.
I have accepted my fate when it comes to my ban. However, you (Bungie) claims to be a forward thinking company championing progressive thoughts but you are lacking one thing progressivism wants. That is transparency, you will not even provide an auto response giving the player why they were banned. As a player who has spent over a thousand hours into this game this is a huge disservice to your community. Do the right thing and start being transparent about all things inside of the game. Not just the banning system.

Both of my accounts are fairly similar execpt in Comp. Too many genuine cheaters in there that Bungie doesnt care to ban. I made it to legend in less than a week using a dire and a blue shotty. You all can do it. It is not hard

I think Bungie at least owes you some kind of explanation as to what is going on. If I had gotten banned after spending thousands of hours I'd at least expect an explanation at least. And besides, how can someone learn from a mistake when they don't even know what the mistake was? I will pray you get unbanned or an explanation is given.

Well at least you’re free now. Take this as a chance to move on and find way better games. I still get on when a new season starts and piss around for a few weeks before I’m bored and then off I go to play literally anything else because this game is boring.

1 返信Honestly the reports could have come from the week before you got banned, or 2 weeks before hand. There are people who were well known cheaters that it tools weeks and months for the ban to come in. You could be collateral from someone who you unknowingly partied with well before your ban who was cheating. As per the rules, everyone in that party gets banned if they profited from it. But I do agree, some feedback would help to know at least when the reports or suspect activity came through so you can make a case

Bungie said months ago that they were going to start punishing the entire team and not just the player actually caught. Your record shows you’re a good player, but every session shows at least 1 or 2 losses. But your last run was flawless. Which is an outlier for you...and (from what I hear) is very difficult to do on PC without either cheating or having to beat people who are cheating. Plus the stats of those matches look very sketchy. But I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that you weren’t the one actually cheating. So you May have just been at the wrong place and the wrong time when someone decided that they were going to cheat. Or you May have given in to the temptation to cheat to finally get that flawless run...and you got caught.

39 通の返信You were clearly banned for network manipulation in multiple Trials of osiris matches on August 3rd at 4:08. Network manipulation is a bannable offence and seen as cheating.

3 通の返信This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are banned and appeal the decision you should at the minimum be entitled to a brief explanation - end of story. Players can and have been wrongly banned.

5 通の返信The whole process that has happened with this ban is madness, I am the person Lima probably plays with the most, neither of us have ever hacked, I was also in those "Sus" trials games but I was not banned so clearly it isn't down to those. We've played since the beta of Destiny 1 and you really think we would decide to throw our accounts away by hacking with literally thousands and thousands of hours over Destiny 1 on Xbox, Battle.net and Steam included is insane. The amount of witch hunters here is also mental, you want to get involved in taking down other people for "Cheating" when you don't know the facts nor the person you're dealing with. End of the day, the ban is unjust as it is, Bungie not supplying the reason for the UNJUST ban is salt in the wound This is a company that takes months to ban things that are broken within their sandbox, but seem to be so quick to ban innocent players with no real evidence or proof.
